Grow Your Own Bee Garden

BEE FLOWER GARDEN (recommended from the age of 6). Set includes: 6 coloured pots, 4 information plates for plants, 3 sticks and 3 paper bees, bee hive details, brush, plastic sowing bowl, acrylic crystals, glue, glossy glue, coloured stones, 4 packs with seeds, vermiculite. For this you will need a flat surface that is wide enough and cover it with a newspaper to protect the surface. You will also need a cup of water to rinse the brush, as well as paper towels. CONSTRUCTION OF THE HIVE To build the house, start with two walls and a base / floor. The walls are angled by gluing them to the longest side and gluing the walls to the floor. Allow to dry and then glue the other two wall panels. To glue the roof, cover the upper edges of the house walls with glue. Position the roof so that the longest edges exceed the side walls of the house.
PAINTING AND SOWING
1. Use brushes, paints and glossy glue to decorate the hive, small information plates and the sowing bowl.
2. Allow the painted surfaces to dry for 24 hours, then add the colored crystals.
3. Pour vermiculite into the sowing container and add 2-3 cups (473-709 ml) of warm water. When in contact with water, vermiculite expands and turns a into beautiful soil. Allow the mixture to stand for a few hours.
4. While the vermiculite is standing, pour the seeds into various containers filled with warm water (not included) and allow them to soak for a few hours.
5. Divide into sectors for sowing pots and sow seeds in the soil. Mark the areas with the corresponding information plate. Place a beehive in the garden and sprinkle it with colored stones and glitter to decorate it.
